Для подачи тезисов необходимо перейти на вкладку “Тезисы” в Личном кабинете, заполнить и сохранить форму с перечислением авторов, названием и формой представления доклада. Форма выводится в отдельном окне после клика левой кнопки мыши по кнопке “Добавить тезисы”. После сохранения формы можно будет прикрепить отдельным файлом текст тезисов, подготовленный в соответствии с требованиями его представления. От одного участника может быть подано несколько тезисов. Если возникают проблемы с заполнением регистрационных форм и загрузкой файлов, Вы можете отправить необходимую информацию в оргкомитет по электронной почте alkaline@magmas-and-metals.ru или alkaline@emsmd.ru. В письме необходимо указать желаемую форму доклада и фамилию докладчика.
Формат оформления тезисов:
Abstracts (proceeding) should be sent to the Organizing Committee together with Publication consent (see below)
Abstracts must be prepared using the following conditions: use 11-point font Times New Roman, 2.5 cm fields from all sides.
TITLE: ALL CAPS, single space and centered at the top of the first page.
AUTHORS: Author(s) should be centered below title with an indication of the name of the institute and e-mail. Highlight in underlining the spokesperson, please.
TEXT: Single space all text, double space before and after heading. Cite references in the text by name and year in parentheses
FIGURES: Photographs, drawings, or painting etc. in black and white or halftone art. Colored pictures will be printed in halftone art.
All figures are to be numbered using Arabic numerals, figure parts should be denoted by lowercase letters (a, b etc.).
Each figure should have a concise caption describing accurately what the figure depicts.
TABLES: Tables must be formed in Word (nor copy-pasr from Excel). All tables are to be numbered using Arabic numerals. please supply a table caption (title) explaining the components of the table.
REFERENCE LIST: The list of references should only include works that are cited in the text in alphabet order. Cite references in the text by name and year in parentheses.
